CampusCareerCenter.com's (CCC) diversity sourcing service debuts, bringing minority candidates and equal employment opportunities (EEO) together.
April 23, 2001- (Cambridge, MA) CCC recently launched a diversity recruiting service in an effort to meet the expanding needs of its fast growing client base by providing direct access to the brightest minority candidates in the nation. The new service features a stand-alone database search service, incorporating the latest CCC online search capabilities, and an online branding feature that presently provides clients such as Boeing, IBM, and Progressive Insurance with a forum to vie for and attract elite candidates, through content offerings such as training program promotions that link opportunities with diverse candidates.

With this latest offering, CCC now has the capabilities to offer Fortune 500 clients a truly global offering, including direct access to US candidates and foreign nationals, with a particular focus on candidates having multi-culturally, ethnically, or geographically diverse backgrounds. According to current CCC client Cindy Duncan, E-Cruiting strategist assigned to The Boeing Company's Wichita site, "We are using CCC in our university recruitment efforts. The service has enabled us to cost-effectively and efficiently recruit students nationwide.
