Assistant Superintendent - Civil

Position Duties / Responsibilities
CRAFT SUPERVISOR
Provides general supervision in assigned field construction
organization. Responsible for directing activities of craft personnel
within an assigned area of responsibility.

Assigned to a field construction organization in a supervisory capacity.
Responsible for supervising and directing operations within assigned
discipline or area. Supervises and directs craft activities, subordinate
superintendents and others, as assigned. Ensures assigned construction
operations and subcontractors performance are in compliance with
specifications and within schedules and budgets. Performs general
functions inherent in all supervisory field positions.
Basic Qualifications:-Candidate must have maximum of 3-5 years of design
and/or Civil Field Experience
-Good computer skills plus working knowledge of current industry quality
construction procedures and standards.
-Must be computer literate in word processing, spreadsheet and database
applications.
-Must have the right to work and remain in the United States.
-Must be able to obtain and maintain unescorted site access
-Must have a valid U.S. Drivers Liscence
-Must be able to climb ladders and able to handle the wearing of
protective clothing from contaimination.
Length of Assignment: 4 months
Physically able to work in a Containment/Reactor building environment
includes climbing and working in hot conditions
Experience in Structural Steel and Concrete preferred
Experience with drilled piers and anchor bolts preferred
AutoCad experience required
