Administrative Coordinator

Mandatory Requirements:
Responsibilities include high level administrative coordination, including, but, not limited to: processing payroll, maintaining files, data entry, contact with customers, employees and vendors, generating and maintaining reports, special projects, and general office support.

Preferred Requirements:
The successful candidate must demonstrate strong computer skills (MS Word/Excel a must), excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, self-motivation, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and good written/verbal communication skills.
