Full Time 8-5 Days JOB SUMMARY:
Assists staff members in establishing and participating with a research program in the laboratory. Proactively involved in assigned research projects. Responsible for the daily maintenance of assigned research laboratory.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences and a minimum of two years of experience in a research or related laboratory environment. -OR- Master's Degree in Biological Sciences, or related, with one year experience. Knowledge of laboratory maintenance, equipment usage, the ability to work independently and maintain accurate information regarding various scientific techniques used. Normal physical requirements include good near visual acuity and color acuity.
Experience with mice genetics and breeding is required.
