CandidateConnect™ is the name of our database search service. We issue a password(s) to clients enabling them to search our student database to review, sort and compile the resumes and profiles of potential employees. Our advanced query and targeted matching technology allows employers to conduct searches that focus on particular areas of interest like academic performance, geographic origin, experience, language skills, type of degree(s) and many other factors. Once a search is performed, it allows the employer to create organizational folders where the chosen candidates are stored.
These searches will also run as "agents", automating the process by forwarding recruiters fresh new candidates that match their original search criteria. Through the site, CandidateConnect provides corporate recruiters with the ability to contact all of the chosen students at once via group e-mail. Unbeknownst to the recipient is the fact that other candidates are also being simultaneously contacted, as each individual email is sent out as a personalized correspondence.

BulletinBoard is the name of our online posting service. Through this service, employers electronically list job openings on our site that are regularly reviewed by candidates that are seeking either full time positions, training programs, internships, co-ops, or contract work. BulletinBoard listings target students who have diverse geographic backgrounds and unique skill-sets and are electronically pushed to them on regular intervals if so desired by the recruiter.
