CCC recently launched a diversity recruiting service in an effort to meet the expanding needs of its fast growing client base by providing direct access to the brightest minority candidates in the nation. The new service features a stand-alone database search service whic enables recruiters to search candidates by ethnicity (candidates have submitted this information which is optional in the CCC registration process), incorporating the latest CCC online search capabilities, and an online branding feature that provides employers with a forum to vie for and attract elite candidates, through content offerings such as training program promotions that link opportunities with diverse candidates. |

BulletinBoard is the name of our online posting service. Through this service, employers electronically list job openings on our site that are regularly reviewed by candidates that are seeking either full time positions, training programs, internships, co-ops, or contract work. BulletinBoard listings target students who have diverse geographic backgrounds and unique skill-sets and are electronically pushed to them on regular intervals if so desired by the recruiter.
