Qualifications:/Duties
Expertise in clinical data collection, aggregation, analysis, display of data using spreadsheet applications. Excellent verbal and written skills. Advance computer skills. Strong facilitation/presentation skills.

3 years related work experience with 2 years of experience in health care related field

Bachelors Degree required, Masters Degree strongly preferred

Supports the transplant department in developing and implementing effective QA/performance improvement program.Research and produce internal and external benchmarking reports and studies.
Use clinical database systems, tools and techniques to provide education for Transplant Program staff and physicians on opportunities for continual improvement.
Aggregate, analyze and display data using appropriate statistical methods.
Coordination and preparation for Transplant Program standard compliance and surveys.
Designs reports and creates dashboards to communicate the development of clinical, organization and operational improvements and objectives.
Identifies cases of adverse patient occurrences and reviews cases to identify opportunities for improvement.
Research and produce internal and external benchmarking reports and studies.
Use clinical database systems to educate Transplant Program staff and physicians
Uses appropriate statistical methods to aggregate, analyze and display data
Designs reports to support and communicate development of clinical, organization and operational improvements and objectives
Coordination and preparation for Transplant Program standard compliance and surveys
Bachelors degree required, Masters Degree strongly preferred, experience will be considered in lieu of advanced degree preference
