Qualifications:/Duties
Enter Shift- 2nd shif rotating weekends 3:00-11:30

Required Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Required Minimum Expeirence: Two years housekeeping or related work in a healthcare or institutional setting, including supervisor of subordinate employees or any equivalent combination of training or experience

Required Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to relate to others. Customer service attitude. Computer, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

DUTIES:
Supervises staff
•Organizes and direct the work of EVS employees in performing coordinated special team projects.
•Assists in the training of EVS employees.
•Observes, inspect and monitors quality and quantity of work while in progress or upon completion.
•Advises of additional or corrective cleaning applications needed.
•Reports unresolved problems to supervisor.

Schedules staff
•Adjusts assignments or cleaning schedule of team members as absences or emergencies occur.
•Follows daily work schedules.
•Observes work group performances
•Coordinates with nursing operations to provide prompt completion of discharge cleaning

Assists supervisors and Director
•Maintains cleaning equipment
•Assists in the control of inventory and supplies
•Performs a full range of housekeeping duties as assigned or required
•Carries out special instructions and resolve cleaning problems.

Interfaces with customers
•Delivers customer service and problem resolution
•Acts as an informal liaison between clinical customers and other departments.
•Recognized improvement opportunities and modifies service as needed.
