Texas Health Resources is currently recruiting for a Manager Employee Health/IDM.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree
* Current Registered Nurse with a Texas Nursing License
* Three) years in occ health, employee health, disability case management
* Two (2) years supervisory experience
* Extensive knowledge of WC,OSHA,CDC, and other related regulatory standards

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* COHN (certified occupational health nurse) preferred.

DUTIES:
* Provide clinical leadership for Texas Health Resources employee health service council, fitness for duty assessments, drug free workplace/substance abuse testing and rehabilitation agreements, policies and procedures, and outcomes/data measurement.
* Develop annual goals and process improvement projects that align with THR KPI's and transformational themes; oversee the development, annual review and revision of evidence based policies and procedures; Provide or coordinate provision of competency based training; partner with Medical Consultant and provide clinical oversight to EHS and HR, including management of MRO and drug free workplace programs: utilize advanced nursing knowledge to direct EHS nursing process: lead the development of system- wide quality indicators to monitor and document entity EHS activities; performs annual clinical evaluation component of EHS managers/nursing staff performance reviews; Administrator for EHS software/database: supervise and develop EHS RN responsible for THPG EHS services.
* Serve as clinical resource and SME for substance abuse program, including management of rehabilitation agreements and COBRA agreement programs
* Serve as investigations as well as applicable ADR's; collaborate with WC and IDM safety staff to provide consultation for hazard identification and reduction;
* Actively integrate EHS nursing role into the THR Well program and processes; collaborate with HR directors, COPICs, and other THR councils on projects impacting employee health and safety
* Servers as primary liaison with EAP and MRC for EHS and FFD; provide annual statistics and benchmark analysis for system-wide EHS services.
* Responsible for development of EHS goals and process improvement activities .
*Responsible for completion of post-offer assessments, return to work assessment, fitness for duty assessments and other EHS services for system services employees consistent with THR EHS policies and procedures.
