Qualifications:/Duties
Texas Health Dallas, a magnet facility, is currently in search for a full-time RN, Clinical Educator.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN required
• Current Texas RN License
• At least 5 years relevant clinical experience with demonstrated expertise in staff
Educations
• Certification in clinical specialty preferred
• Critical thinking skills
• Communication skills

Duties
Coordinates completion of clinical competencies for new hires as developed and provided by CNS/CES.
Demonstrates proficiency in provision of educational offerings, classes and/or in-services for staff, patients and families.
Spends time on Clinical units observing and interacting with staff
Performs clinical interventions when necessary

Hours: Monday-Friday 8-5M-F; Flex Hours 20H (.5) will be working with education in SPD; 15H (.4) will work with education in OR (totaling 40H per week)
