Qualifications:/Duties
8am-5pm Monday- Friday home office is located THPG Northpoint 1 Dallas; LBJ Freeway

Minimum 2 years experience administering enterprise level database and support for multiple end users. Demonstrate experience with database structure, design and implementation, HTML/JavaScript or related page design, Visual basic or equivalent programming language

Proven analytical skills and evidence of creative, proactive problem solving, with preference
for a 6 sigma yellow belt or higher. Project management
Basic computer skills to include: Microsoft, Word, Excel and other windows applications. Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and meet specified deadlines.
Demonstrate knowledge of basic medical terminology .

Administer enterprise level database program (SalesForce) and related systems for tracking and supporting the operations department. Including:
Working with management and end users to ensure operational success through database table/object/user environment development and implementation.
Support end users by maintaining access, licenses, training, request for password reset and other end user requests.
Ensure system compatibility with current IT policy and act as a liaison between information systems and operations department.
Build or facilitate necessary data integrations with external and internal systems.
On call in support of service interruption or off typical business hour end user request that is operationally pertinent.
Object/table maintenance and review for continued improvement and streamlining of end user activities. Ensures data integrity, updated provider and other related data.
