High School Diploma or GED required
EXPERIENCE:
Two years experience in related field
LICENSE:
Valid Texas Drivers' License in good standing
SKILLS:
Job knowledge specific to team or task specific to team is required and will be evaluated by Team Leader.
DUTIES:
Able to affect repairs to sheetrock wall board materials including taping, bedding, and sanding.
Ability to make repairs in all types of cabinet materials including Formica and MDF boards
Should have general knowledge of systems typically found in Hospitals, such as Nurse Call, Medical Gasses, BMS, bed repair, minor adjustments to television systems in buildings and general overall knowledge of building systemsAble to perform simple plumbing repairs along with minor adjustments to all Mechanical Systems on site
Maintains documentation for work orders and completes work orders properly in a reasonable amount of time
Ability to deal with outside contractors performing work anywhere on the campus
Installs and repairs locks and safes, performs needed minor plumbing and electrical.
Repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment, such as motors, pumps, conveyers, belts, fans, air conditioners, etc.
Performs minor repairs to plumbing fixtures and lighting (including ballast changes), preventive maintenance inspections, and moves/relocating furniture and accessories.
