Process Engineer

ENTRY LEVEL ROLE. The Petrochemicals Technology organization is continually developing and implementing new technology options in the global PX, PTA, and Acetyls manufacturing facilities to reduce manufacturing cost, increase productivity, and improve reliability. For PX this work will be carried on in the PX Engineering and Plant Optimization department. This activity involves close cooperative work between Technology and the manufacturing groups providing technical support to all PX manufacturing assets. Included in the PX Optimization team will be a Process Engineer J position located in Naperville, IL. The incumbent will work closely with other PX Optimization team members, and the broader Technology organization to plan and implement the technology improvements at the various plant sites. The individual will also identify new ideas for asset improvement or optimization and utilize the TCVP system.
-Minimum BS in Chemical Engineering.
