RN Required Crittenton Hospital Medical Center's affiliate, Crittenton Home Care, is looking for RNs to join our team. We are one of the top home care agencies in Oakland, Macomb and surrounding areas. We have been serving the community for 25 years with longterm cases.

Under general supervision, and by physician order, is responsible for the case management of patients in their homes. Responsible for assessment, care planning, implementation, evaluation of care, and working collaboratively with other disciplines.

Minimum Requirements:

1.) RN license in good standing

2.) BSN preferred.

3.) One year recent med/surg experience, previous home care preferred.

4.) Ability to function independently

5.) Ability to drive to and access patient's homes.

Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time and Contingent opportunities available Must be available at least three days per week

Shift: Primarily Day Shift Hours
