Full-Time AM/PM Bachelors Degree 5 or more years Job Summary: This position will support LLUHS's strategic plan and the organization's mission to continue the teaching and healing ministry of Jesus Christ, while embracing the core values of Compassion, Integrity, Excellence, Teamwork, and Wholeness. Works under the direction of the Executive Director of Web Operations. Facilitates the use of content management technologies to meet key business goals and objectives. Serves as a technical expert to management at all levels throughout the institution. Works closely with various internal departments and external partners. Performs other duties as needed. Job Specifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or related field required. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of five years experience in a related industry required. Experience in a Healthcare or Academic environment preferred. Minimum of five years of web development, server configuration, and content management experience required with proven success in the development and implementation of web-based applications and content management systems within a large organization. Minimum of five years people management required with an excellent track record of performance against goals. Experience working within complex organizations is preferred. Minimum of 2 years experience with Interwoven TeamSite and OpenDeploy preferred. Valid California driver's license at time of hire required. Must be able to use all hardware and all software required for the position. Ability to utilize web technologies, web development, programming, and content management techniques. Current knowledge in web content management and enterprise content management best practices is preferred. Solid understanding of website operation as well as knowledge of web server configurations and functionality required. Ability to utilize web-based technologies to support key business initiatives. Must have a strong working knowledge of Java, JavaScript, PHP, HTML, CSS, Perl, XML and XSLT programming. Exposure to Interwoven SitePublisher and LiveSite, Apache, Tomcat, IIS and Linux OS required. An understanding of Healthcare or Academic environments and principles required. Proven knowledge of organizational development and behavior is preferred. Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable directions for technical staff and vendor teams required. Superior quantitative and analytical skills required. Understanding of how to utilize the web to effectively communicate each organization's brand and image.

LLUMC operates some of the largest clinical programs in the United States in areas such as neonatal care. We are also recognized as an international leader in infant heart transplantation and one of only three hospital-based proton cancer treatment centers in the country. Each year, the institution admits over 30,000 inpatients and serves over 400,000 outpatients. LLUMC is the only Level-I regional trauma center for Inyo, Mono, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties.

Facility Description:
Loma Linda University Medical Center is a 789-bed academic tertiary care hospital with over twenty specialties. We have 72 beds in our Level III NICU, which is the only one of its kind and size in our region, as well as the Children’s Hospital dedicated just for kids. Along with the Children’s Hospital, LLUMC’s East Campus, and Behavioral Medicine Center, we have nearly 900 beds available for patient care. Our East Campus specializes in the areas of physical medicine and rehabilitation, orthopedics, neurosurgery and family medicine.
