Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Part-Time Days Master's Degree RN Required Responsible for inducing and/or maintaining general, regional, and monitored (moderate and/or deep sedation) methods of anesthesia. Monitors patients during perioperative period to evaluate physiological status and patient condition. Cares for general and specialty surgical, pediatric, and obstetric patients in elective, urgent and emergent situations. Takes necessary clinical action to preserve life and ensure patient welfare. Works collaboratively with anesthesiologists.

Minimum Requirements:

1.) Current RN license required.

2.) Credentialed as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) from an accredited insitution.

3.) Current certification through American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA).

4.) Current specialty certification (Nurse Anesthetist Specialty Certification).

5.) Must possess Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
