# Essential Responsibilities Assist CNBC.com newsdesk in processing copy for the daily news flow.
# Scan wires and review on-air material for generation of Web content.
# Find background information on a wide range of business and financial news stories, using a variety of sources such as the Internet, newspapers, and magazines.
# Assist producers with basic story production and packaging.
# Generate multimedia elements and work on individual projects as assigned.
# Qualifications/Requirements A Bachelor's degree and working knowledge of financial and/or business news content.
# Strong knowledge of the Internet and newsroom systems including iNews.
# Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadline pressure.
# Solid written and verbal communication skills and an ability to work independently.

Eligibility Requirements:

# Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice.
# Must be willing to work at the station in Englewood Cliffs.
# Must be willing to take drug test and submit to a background investigation.
# Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
# Must be 18 years or older.
# Must have a valid driverís license (if applicable).
