Training Manager / Customer Service Specialist

Role Summary/Purpose The Training Manager will be responsible to own the training service product line for the Emissions Monitoring global installed base. The successful candidate will develop training seminars, creative training delivery methods and provide site training services for CEMS and DAHS. Training will include meeting regulations for air emissions found in US 40 CFR Part 60 and Part 75.
Essential Responsibilities *Coordinate all Training activities for Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS) and Data Acquisition and Handling Systems (DAHS)
*Produce training materials and procedures to provide best-in-class training services
*Partner with key customer contacts to identify new subjects and methods for training
*Develop new training services through creative content and delivery methods
*Promote cooperation and manage other personnel to lead actual training workshops
*Produce marketing materials and communicate to customers to drive sales of training services
*Manage training schedules to meet customer demands and support customer service team during high volume time periods
*Complete software service requests including providing Electronic Data Report (EDR) generation services
Qualifications/Requirements *High school diploma / G.E.D. certificate
*Minimum of 5 years of call center or customer service experience
*Minimum of 6 months of technical training experience
*Minimum of 6 months of experience with software or PC hardware technical support over the telephone

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
*Proficient with Microsoft Office software
*Ability and willingness to fulfill the requirements to obtain a Transportation Worker Identity Credential
*Ability and willingness to travel (up to 40%) globally to perform training seminars at customer locations
