Financial Analyst - North America Supply Chain RO-ED and F&M

Role Summary/Purpose The North America Supply Chain RO-ED and F&M Finance Analyst is a key leadership role within the Supply Chain organization. In this role, you will drive process improvements, prepare financial estimates and operating plans, financial analysis, lead monthly closes, report financial results and key metrics.

Essential Responsibilities -Serve as a business partner to the operating team to drive business initiatives, growth, and profitability including Variable Cost Productivity and Base Cost Productivity

-Partner with business leaders and staff to drive operating performance and act as champion for cost optimization, productivity, inventory accuracy & utilization

-Contribute to developing estimates, operating plans, forecasts, reviews, reports (GAAP), Growth Playbook (3-year plan) and SII (1-year plan)

-Drive profitable growth in the plants by providing analysis of results and identifying & tracking key metrics while advising the leadership team on risks and opportunities, as well as recommending actions

-Understand, communicate and explain results & variance drivers within the business

-Lead monthly & quarterly financial closing

-Contribute to improving efficiencies and performance as well as providing quality financial information

-Develop and establish financial policies& procedures

-Perform internal and external audits and ensure controllership and consistency of accounting process across the operations, drive controllership awareness and processes through operations teams and ensures finance compliance

-Prepare accurate and timely account reconciliations in Supply Chain for both RO-Ed and F&M

Qualifications/Requirements -Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or high school diploma / G.E.D. with at least 4 years of experience in a finance role)

-At least 7 additional years of experience in a financial position

-PC proficiency
