Smart Grid Integration Leader

Role Summary/Purpose The Smart Grid Integration Leader will be responsible for driving product line integration of existing disparate product lines currently focused on transmission, substation and distribution control, metering, substation monitoring and diagnostics and geographic information systems into seamless and coherent smart grid solution offerings.
Essential Responsibilities ·Drives coordination between the Smart Grid Product Line and Smart Grid Commercial Organization to improve commercial effectiveness:
* Works closely with existing transmission, substation and distribution control, metering, substation monitoring and diagnostics, and geographic information systems product line leaders and managers to assist with transition to integrated smart grid solution offerings
* Works closely with regional pole, sales and commercial leaders to assure that required smart grid product line support is realized in order to support smart grid solution sales

·Drives smart grid product line effectiveness through streamlined processes, systems, rules & tools including Lean and simplification
·Responsible for supporting smart grid pipeline visibility and management:
* Responsible for owning smart grid orders, sales, margin

·Responsible for developing operating rhythm, metrics and processes to drive growth of smart grid solution business:
* Responsible for providing up-to-date information to commercial organization on smart grid product line developments and product positioning
* Responsible for providing feedback loop to product line leaders and managers to drive changes (e.g., NTI, NPI) in offerings to improve product line effectiveness
* Responsible for providing feedback loop to marketing to drive changes in needed marketing materials to improve product line effectiveness
* Support processes and tools for annual Op Planning process, GPB and S1
Qualifications/Requirements ·Four-year business, engineering, technical, or other degree
·Minimum of 5 years of Finance / Analytics or Commercial Operations experience
·Minimum of 3 years of T&D or Energy industry experience
·Minimum 1 year of experience in working with a global team
·Minimum 1 year of experience using commercial operations tools and systems
