Electrical Power Engineers

Responsibilities
The National Security Agency (NSA) currently has opportunities available for highly motivated Electrical Power Engineers with all levels of experience. This well-rounded team of engineers is responsible for high, medium and low voltage electrical power installations around the world including emergency and supplemental power generation, primary (HV) and secondary (LV) electrical substations, overhead and underground power distribution, SCADA systems, digital and analog power protection equipment, large scale UPS systems, building services, switchgear, power conditioning equipment, as well as general lighting, grounding, and lighting protection systems.
Qualifications
Successful candidates should possess strong written and oral communication skills and demonstrate understanding of key principles of electrical power engineering. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, challenging environment is essential. A BSEE or MSEE degree is highly desired.
