Senior Credit Manager

The Sr. Credit Manager utilizes referrals and company provided sales leads to sell customers a variety of financial services products including: unsecured personal loans, credit cards, real estate loans, etc. The Sr. Credit Manager works with customers on the phone and in person throughout the credit application and approval process. Compensation package includes a base salary, plus an incentive plan based on sales volume. Has expert knowledge of all store products. Partners in mentoring of new personnel.

Minimum Qualifications - 1 - 3 Years of Experience

Preferred Skills - Proven track record of goal achievement

Sales experience

Self-motivated

PC Skill Proficiency

Effective verbal and written communication skills
