PURPOSE:
This entry level position will provide support for the on-site staff auto appraiser and achieve exemplary customer service and claim handling tasks in a fast-paced auto body shop environment. The appropriate candidate for this role should have successful experience working with customers in a customer-centric & team based environment, as well as excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Provide voice to voice contact on assigned claims
Effectively communicate program benefits of the ConciergeCLAIM program to customers
Proactively seek out claim assignments that would benefit from an inspection at our ConciergeCLAIM facility
Effectively manage and schedule new and existing assignments
Handle rental management of auto physical damage claims in the ConciergeCLAIM program
Communicate daily with the local rental vendor to coordinate rental returns and pickups
Track and pay appropriate rental days
Track and record vehicle repair status throughout the day and provide update to the customer
Accurately maintain file documentation in a claim multi-line system via computer
Manage distribution and tracking of autos referred to shops within ConciergeCLAIM Program
Recognize fraud, subrogation potential, and salvage opportunities and refer to appropriate expert
Consistently provide exemplary customer service
Provide customers and partners with all appropriate literature and documents electronically and/or hard copy
Satisfy customer needs, ensure file quality and maintain a good working relationship with our internal claim staff, ConciergeCLAIM shop and vendor partners.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
College degree or equivalent work experience
Must be a proactive self-starter
Knowledge of the auto industry and/or insurance industry
Keyboard skills and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Must be able to demonstrate strong proficiency in organizational skills
Strong electronic, written and verbal communication skills
