Job Description
Deloitte Services LP provides a wide variety of internal support services to Deloitte LLP and its subsidiaries and their people. Deloitte Services LP is comprised of Operations, Financial Support Services, Information Technology, Marketing & Communications, Human Resources and more. As with all the businesses within Deloitte LLP and its subsidiaries, a core set of competencies is associated with each of these businesses. An overall understanding of quality client service, a proven track record of working in multifunctional teams and across multiple geographies, strong business acumen and the instinct to think and act globally are essential for advancement within Deloitte Services LP.

Job Responsibilities:
The Shared Services intern will work in our Operations, Systems, and Technology group (OS&T), which might entail a summer or winter internship in departments such as Human Resources, Marketing, or Information Technology .

* Personal and Practice Development:
* Desire to sit for the CPA after graduation take proactive career steps - set goals and career plans with advisor/career counselor
* Develop excellent professional oral and written communication skills
* Continually develop through our Deloitte Learning curriculum of eLearning modules and local and national training programs
* Support organizational and business line initiatives, including Human Resource programs

* Intended Majors and/or skills should include:Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Human Resources
* Strong academic credentials (GPA; 3.0)
* Demonstrated leadership, problem solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels
