As an Information Services Support I, you are a member of PNC's Technology organization of more than 1500 professionals. You will be based in Pittsburgh, PA in One PNC Plaza, where you will work with internal users within the Wholesale Bank. Your responsibilities supporting over 30 applications, and maintenance of customer information for the Wholesale Bank. This includes data entry and ongoing clean-up on the customer's and associated accounts to support customer relationship exposure reports that are used by senior management and credit approval. The position is responsible for supplying a full service help desk to the Wholesale Bank. Provides full service help desk support for the users within the Wholesale Bank. Responsible for the data integrity of customer and account level information within several systems. Responsible for ensuring work completion deadlines are met. Responsible for supporting users by navigating throughout applications as well as supplying a contact for each interfacing application. Answers questions and provides other types of support to the users by answering the phone. Responsible for logging all calls into a Lotus Notes database. To support the users of the Wholesale Bank to make it easier for Regional Managers, Administrative Assistants, etc. to do business within PNC.

Performs routine maintenance on customer's accounts within Power 1 and Universell which consists of data entry, research, and validation of the information. Commitment to complete maintenance within a 24 hour turnaround and next day verification on maintenance. Required to send a completion of maintenance notice to the requestor or call requestor for clarification on incomplete maintenance.
To supply data integrity to the customer and account information. The information is interfaced into a large number of other systems including reports that support senior management/credit executives.
You will report to a Manager, Customer Information Hotline.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

* Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills. Proficient PC skills, including mainframe and Lotus Notes software.
* Ability to work independently with minimul manager's oversight.
* At least two years of Customer Service experience.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong knowlege of Excel.
