Working for PNC, you will enjoy a rewarding and fast-paced environment utilizing our state-of-the art technology. You will perform a wide variety of support duties in the processing of credit requests in the Credit Administration Center. These duties include Queue Management to determine appropriate underwriting team, review application for completeness based on Business Banking Credit Policy and Compliance Requirements. Additionally, responsibilities include deposit and loan systems clearances, calculating Borrower's Total Relationship Exposure and Business Segment Determination, financial data spreads and data entry on the application processing system, track receipt of financial information received in the Credit Administration Tracking System, complex problem resolution and matching products to customer needs. Equally important, establishing and maintaining a high level of customer service as the singular priority in all activities. You will also serve as the Communication Center for various service partners including Business Banking, Branch, PNC Advisors, NFSC and Treasury Management. Sort and Distribute all mail and faxes received in the CAC to the appropriate individuals/departments. These activities include ordering Credit Reports, D&B, Searches and mailing of Renewal and Decline letters. Furthermore, you will provide total quality and continuous improvement in all areas of responsibility for delivering PNC Bank's products and services.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
* High School Diploma required, but Associate's degree preferred.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills.
* One to three years banking experience in processing business loans.
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel).
* Proven PC skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
