Distribution Center Expense Coordinator

Description Prepares and distributes daily reports. Assists with invoicing, mailings and supplies inventories. NON-SUPERVISORY, HOURLY POSITION.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepares and distributes various production reports in accordance with report schedules. Assists in preparing budget control reports. Prepares other reports as necessary. Contacts vendors regarding mailings and supplies. Performs special projects and other duties as required. Assists in other areas as necessary. Analyzes supply invoices and purchase orders for proper pricing and quantity. Contacts vendors to resolve discrepancies. Matches invoices with receipt backup, codes for payment and submits to management for approval. Monitors monthly EAS report and creates/submits journal entries to EP to correct any errors. Maintains up-to-date expense control tracking through data entry of requisitions, purchase orders and invoices for all supply accounts for use by management. Enters purchase orders and invoices into Oracle system.
Minimum formal education, if any, required to perform this job e.g., Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Law Degree).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum job skills required to perform this job (for example: programming languages, strong interpersonal skills, computer software packages).
Demonstrated PC skills and familiarity with spreadsheet and work processing software is necessary. Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
Minimum experience required to perform this job.
At least one year related business experience.
