Distribution Center Loss Prevention Specialist

Description We currently have the following entry level positions available in our T.J. Maxx Distribution Center located in North Las Vegas:
Loss Prevention Specialists
Responsibilities:
Provide protection of all company's assets including people, property, and information. Monitor shipping/receiving docks, trailer yard activities, alarm systems and access controls, parking lots, and all other key areas in the Distribution Center. Monitor the movement of trailer/vehicle traffic entering or leaving the yard area. Monitor merchandise entering or leaving the facility. Maintenance of established fire and safety regulations within the Distribution Center.
Requirements:
*Ability to handle confidential information.
*Monitors fire/burglar alarms to ensure proper responses or dispatching.
*Ensures incoming and outgoing trailers are processed.
*Conducts on-going loss-prevention, safety, and shrinkage awareness programs for all associates.
*Ability to interact with all levels of management and staff.
*Maintains a professional manner and can effectively handle all situations.
*Strong interpersonal, communication and conflict resolution skills.
*Computer skills.
