JOB SUMMARY:
USCIS Office of the Chief Counsel (OCC) is seeking experienced attorneys who want to transfer at his or her own expense for the position of associate counsel with the Litigation Coordination Division (LCD) at the Headquarters Office in Washington, D.C. This position is primarily responsible for assisting in the provision of litigation support in immigration cases involving USCIS operational components.
