The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is recruiting Clerks for
temporary appointments with full time and intermittent work schedule. Positions are available in the Accounts Management Unit of the IRS.

This position is in an office setting in Holtsville, NY.
The anticipated start date is January 2010.

Mission Statement: "Provide America's Taxpayers top quality service by helping them understand and meet hteir tax responsibilities and by applying the tax law with integrity and fairness to call.

Both Day and Night shifts are available.

Individuals who have previously applied for any other clerical positions, for the IRS in Holtsville, NY, will be required to apply to this announcement to be considered.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

* You must be a citizen of the United States.
* High School students must be within nine months of graduation.
* Males born after 12/31/59-Selective Service Registration required.
