JOB SUMMARY:
Improve the Quality of Life in Rural Areas

This position is a Loan Specialist with USDA/Rural Development located in the Knoxville, TN Area Office. The incumbent will be responsible for delivery of loan and grant programs for a 16 county area. Programs include commercial, business, multi-family housing, and single-family housing loans and grants.

NOTE: Relocation expenses will not be reimbursed.
