Human Resource Analyst - HRIS

Full-time 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Day shift

Human Resources Analyst compiles reports and data related to human resources functions. The HR analyst works closely with information technology to ensure the integrity of human resources systems.HR analysts plays a large role in compiling and maintaining confidential data for the organization. Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as metrics, turnover, performance appraisals, and employee census. When working with a large number of employees, human resources rely on accurate employee data to make critical organizational decisions.

Demonstrated working knowledge of HR practices and regulations.
Aptitude for HRIS as well as ability to conduct ongoing maintenance, programming, design, system enhancements and upgrades of assigned systems. Analyze HR processes and programs including benefits, compensation, leaves, vacancies, time to fill, etc., to provide reports and analysis for requesting leaders;
Experience with API-HRP and/or Oracle applications related to human resources, labor management and payroll is highly desirable.
Excellent interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment
Ability to work independently and on a team
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple assignments with minimal direction.
Must have analytical and critical thinking skills along with an ability to listen to concerns and requests of clients and develop a plan of action beneficial to all parties.
Project management, excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting and basic networking skills are a big plus.
Ability to prepare and manipulate data using Microsoft Office Applications.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources preferred
Three years of experience within human resources in healthcare setting preferred
PHR/SPHR or other applicable certification strongly preferred.
