Performance Management Coordinator RN

Full Time 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, occasional evening Days BS/BA Requirements:



This position assists the hospital/medical departments(with planning, monitoring, and

coordinating the organization's performance management activities as directed by the Director of Performance Improvement and Clinical Resource Management. This position promotes an environment for continuous improvement as measured by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services, The Joint Commission, and other regulatory and quality organizations.



Qualifications



BSN or B.S. Health Care Administration required ? Masters preferred. Registration in the State of Maryland(MSAQP) and National (NAQAP) Associations. Previous experience in clinical health care including direct experience in Quality Improvement, Utilization Review, and Risk Management. Must display an acute sense of responsibility, professionalism, cooperation, and enforce a high level of confidentiality.
