Clinical Science Assoc-Thera

• Responsible for sale of product in assigned territory;

• Develops further patient potential in territory;

• Develops regional annual business plan complete with objectives, activities, timing and budget;

• Maintains current customer databases to be used both locally and nationally;

Implements continuing education medical education programs in region;

Assists in successful reimbursement programs for assigned products in territories;

• Organizes, communicates with and/or interacts with patient advocacy groups;

• Implements marketing strategy at territory level;

Identifies, trains and utilizes strong, proactive, thought-leading physicians.

• Adheres to approved budget

• Utilizes Genzyme Corporate Structure and the experiences of other peers to accomplish goals

• Provides timely and consistent education to marketing vis-a-vis reality in the field

• Extensive travel

• Identify new customers (physicians) for prospective markets (Paedriatics, cardiology, neurology)

• Generate a plan of monthly visits with a weekly report of achieved goals.

• Visit our customer, the physician, who must be visited on a regular basis, in order to develop, strengthen and enhance our relationships with them.

• Become a reliable source of medical, educational and promotional information for each visited physician.

• Identify the best centers for the treatment of lysosomal diseases.
