Herbert P. Feibelman Jr. International Parents' Organization Scholarship

Applicant must be a deaf student who was born with a severe or profound hearing impairment or who suffered such a loss before acquiring language, must use speech and residual hearing and/or speechreading (lipreading) as the preferred/customary form of communication, must demonstrate a potential for leadership, and must be accepted or enrolled full-time in a college program for hearing students.

Amount Awarded: $1000

Deadline: April 1.

Eligibility: College freshmen for sophomore year. College juniors for senior year. College seniors/others for master's degree study. College sophomores for junior year. Graduate students/others for doctoral degree study. Students for freshmen year of college.
