This fellowship is open to entering students admitted for full-time study in Rackham programs leading to a doctoral or masters degree on the Ann Arbor campus.

Eligibility: Applicants must: be entering students admitted for full-time study leading to a doctoral or master's degree on the Ann Arbor campus; be members of racial or ethnic groups historically underrepresented in graduate education in the U.S. (that is, African American, Native American, Puerto Rian, or Mexican American; and Asian-American in pre-designated programs).
