The King Olav V Norwegian American Heritage Fund. In 1975, King Olav V gave permission to the Sons of Norway Foundation to use his name in establishing a fund to promote educational exchange between Norway and North America.

Eligibility: The fund welcomes applications from any American, 18 years or older, who would like to further his/her interest in Norwegian heritage or in modern Norway at an institution of higher learning. The fund also welcomes applications from Norwegians who desire to further their studies in North America.
