SSCF Saul U. Ibarra Community Award

This scholarship is available to Hispanic residents of Oakland, California who attend or plan to attend any accredited public or private college.

Deadline: May

Eligibility: Applicants must demonstrate financial need, keeping in mind all pertinent factors bearing on the ability of the applicant and his/her family to finance the cost of education. The scholarship standing of applicants is considered in relation to the quality of the courses they have taken and the academic excellence of their schools. Applicants must submit letters of recommendation and an autobiographical essay.
