Pacific Northwest Scholarship
This scholarship is available to students from Washington, Alaska, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming who attend a UNCF member college or university who have been nominated by the financial aid director of the college. Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 and unmet financial need as verified by the financial aid director.
PaineWebber Scholarship
This scholarship is available to students attending a participating UNCF college or university. Applicants must be nominated by the financial aid director at the college and must have a minimum GPA of 2.5, as well as unmet financial need. Applicants must complete the FAFSA. This scholarship is available to UNCF students interested in business-related fields.
Palm Beach Post Minority Scholarship
This scholarship is available to minority students from the West Palm Beach area pursuing studies in journalism or advertising.
Pan American Round Table of Edinburg Scholarship
This scholarship assists any qualifying college sophomore, junior, or senior female student who meets the criteria.

Past President's Parley Nurses Scholarship
The amount of this scholarship is to be $400 annually Lo not less than a second year student nurse who is enrolled in an accredited institution in Arizona awarding a degree as a Registered Nurse - The immediate family members of a veteran will be given first preference. Money awarded will be paid at the beginning of the school year to the institution where applicant is enrolled in the nursing program. Final selection will be made by the American Legion Auxiliary through the Past Presidents' Parley Chairman and a committee of three ( 3 ) Past Department Presidents.
Past President's Parley Nursing Scholarship
This scholarship is available to a daughter of an Auxiliary member or deceased member.
Pat Nixon Scholarship
This scholarship is available to students who are registered Republican women.
Patricia J. Vogel Scholarship for Returning Women
This scholarship is available to undergraduate and graduate students at least 24 years of age who are residents of the North Penn, Wissahickon or Souderton School districts.

This scholarship is available to enrolled members of the Hopi Nation who are Arizona high school graduates or hold Arizona residency status.

This scholarship is available to undergraduate Colorado residents of Greek heritage or students demonstrating commitment to the Greek community.
Peggy Deutsch Endowed Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship is available to qualified full or part-time students residing on Long Island recommended by the Director of the Mental Health Association of Nassau County, Inc., a similar Long Island mental health agency, or individual physician providing mental health care.
Peggy Williams Scholarship
This scholarship is available to female students enrolled at LSC with a minimum of 6 credits.
Pennsylvania District Women's Missionary Society Award
This scholarship is available to a woman from the Pennsylvania District who is a member of the Ashland-based Brethren Church.
Pennsylvania State Employees Scholarship
This scholarship is available to students from Pennsylvania who attend a UNCF member college or university who have been nominated by the financial aid director of the college. Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 and unmet financial need as verified by the financial aid director.
PEO Sisterhood, Chapter CP Scholarship
This scholarship is available to female, full-time undergraduate or graduate students who are Oregon residents with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
Percy H. Steele, Jr. Scholarship
This program is for minority residents of the San Francisco Bay Area majoring in social work or social sciences.

This scholarship is available to full-time students from Bethel Baptist Association.
Pine Hill Baptist Church/Mrs. Kathleen Davie Godbold Scholarship
This scholarship is available to full-time students from Pine Hill Baptist Church, with second preference to those from Bethel Baptist Association.
Planning Fellowship Program
This fellowship is available to minority students enrolled or accepted into a graduate program.
Polingaysi QÜyawayma Award
This award is offered to an individual who is pursuing a teaching degree and is planning to teach math or science in a Native community, or is a degreed teacher seeking an advanced degree or training for the purpose of personal improvement or teaching at the college level.
