Ventura Junior Women's Club Scholarship
This scholarship is available to female FHSU students over the age of 25 who are pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree. Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 2.5. First preference will be given to individuals from west of Salina with demonstrated financial need.

Vertical Flight Foundation Scholarships
The American Helicopter Societyís philanthropic arm, the Vertical Flight Foundation (VFF), was founded in 1967. The Foundation is an independent charitable trust, governed by a Board of Trustees, for the support of education in rotorcraft and vertical-takeoff-and-landing (VTOL) aircraft engineering. The Foundationís perations are made possible solely by tax deductible donations. Each year, the VFF awards scholarships to students who demonstrate an interest in pursuing engineering careers in the vertical flight industry. The Foundation has awarded more than 170 scholarships to students from throughout the world in the three decades since it was established. The scholarships are merit-based and are awarded in two categories: undergraduate and graduate.

Vice Admiral E.P. Travers Scholarship

Vice Admiral Samuel L. Gravely Scholarship
This scholarship is available to minority Virginia residents entering the Naval ROTC program.

Vicki Carr Scholarship
This scholarship is available to legal U.S. residents, who are residents of the state of California or Texas and of Mexican-American heritage.

Vikki Carr Scholarship
This scholarship is available to students of Hispanic heritage who are legal residents of the U.S. and Texas.

Vincent Minelli Scholarship
This scholarship is available to undergraduate students of Italian descent majoring in drama.

Vincenzo J. Mantia Memorial Scholarship
This Scholarship was established through the generosity of the Mantia family as a memorial in honor of Vincenzo J. Mantia. Mr. Mantia was a graduate of St. John's University College of Pharmacy and Allied Health Professions (Class of 1941) who provided outstanding care as a pharmacist to his community.

Virginia Conference Scholarship
This scholarship is available to an ethnic minority student who is a member of the Virginia Conference of the United Methodist Church.

Virginia Transfer Grant
This program awards grants to minority students who are enrolled in one of the Commonwealth's 13 historically white colleges or universities and all transfer students at Norfolk State University and Virginia State University.

Virmond-Heyl Scholarship
This scholarship is available to junior or senior female students who are natives of Kansas, with preference for students from Ellis or Gove county.

Vocational Rehabilitation Assistance
This scholarship is available to applicants with economic need and demonstrated academic aptitude.

Vocational Rehabilitation for Veterans with Service Connected Disabilities (Chapter 31)
This program is available to veterans, with eligibility determined by a counselor at the Department of Veterans Affairs Regional Office based on an application by a disabled person.

Vocational Rehabilitation: Assistance for Students with Physical and/or Mental Disabilities
Financial assistance is available.
