POSITION REQUIREMENTS
St. Joseph's Outpatient Rehab Department is cuurently seekin a Full Time Arizona Licensed Occupational Therapist to treat adolescents and adults with neurological diagnoses in a busy outpatient clinic with multiple CARF-Accredited Programs that is expanding. Treatment is team-driven with a focus on community level goals that relate to home, school, and work re-entry. Treatments are scheduled in one-hour blocks to allow the therapist to provide intensive treatment. An experienced clinician is preferred for this position, particulary one with outpatient rehab experience.

Educational Requirements:
BA/BS - Graduate of Occupational Therapy Program

Requirements:
Arizona License in Occupational Therapy
CPR/BLS
